I am working on a mockup and am trying to use the trial version. How can I add or draw the Horizontal Line to go across the interface.

Hi, Bill.
I responded to your email address as well. Thanks for the question. There is not a horizontal rule element yet, but I will add it to the feature requests list. Here are the easiest steps to follow to add a horizontal rule now:
1. Use search or scroll to the bottom of the elements panel and locate the Rectangle element.
2. Drag a rectangle into your document and position it where you want your horizontal rule to go.
3. Set the stroke width to 0px and resize the rectangle to your desired height and width. Hold down the Ctrl key (cmd key on a Mac) while resizing to resize in increments of less than 5 pixels.
4. Change the background color as needed.
Let me know if you have any questions or issues getting this to work!
